Administrative Leadership Building the Playbook: Systemizing How We Measure and Communicate the Honors ROI

The Honors community could benefit from sustained, shared, and substantive efforts aimed at developing a soup-to-nuts playbook for gathering data (quantitatively and qualitatively) on, and telling the story of, the Honors return-on-investment. For whatever audience we might need to convince (donors, faculty colleagues, higher administration, prospective students, and their families, etc.), how do we demonstrate how Honors moves the needle for recruitment and admissions, for retention and graduation, for student engagement and leadership, for alumni engagement and donors (and the list goes on)? While many in the Honors community have spent time and attention on measuring and communicating the value of Honors education, this roundtable will aim to begin systematizing that effort and will consider how best to sustain it beyond the conference.
