Honors Colleges can easily proclaim their success in advancing students through academia. In addition to developing students within the classroom, honors colleges frequently aim to develop students into leaders outside of the classroom. At many institutions, leadership development initiatives are often facilitated by student affairs divisions that serve the entire campus with limited active engagement from faculty or external leaders who teach leadership skills. This workshop provides a unique space to share ideas to enhance student leadership development in the areas of academic courses, service, and honors enrichment programming among Honors College peers
